New LPG sphere to be built at Cepsa Huelva

The Spanish company Duro Felguera, through its subsidiary Felguera IHI, a company specialized in storage solutions, has signed a new contract with Cepsa.

The project consists on the manufacture, supply, assembly and commissioning of a sphere for the storage of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), mainly propane gas, in the refinery of La Rábida (Huelva) of Cepsa.

The sphere will have a useful capacity of 1,800 m3 and its construction is included in the necessary changes of the current facilities of the refinery.

Duro Felguera and Cepsa have signed a “turnkey” contract and their execution will be carried out in the next thirteen months.
