Chemical company Acideka invested on a new project to open
a hydrochloric acid discharge line from various European ports.
They adapted their tanks and build up a new dedicated pipe at their port facilities in Bilbao.
Acideka owns three jetties and 25 tanks of 800 cmb capacity plus other 9 tanks of 1500 cbm each.
Already several vessels from northern Europe have discharged hydrochloric acid at Bilbao since the works were completed.
