Meroil tank terminal projects new investments this year

Meroil Tank terminal, a joint venture of the Russian group Lukoil and the Spanish Meroil, has plans to develop new investments to increase and consolidate their activity indices at the port of Barcelona. The company will disburse €3 million during 2016 in various improvements within the oil terminal, as well as in achieving new agreements for the use of new jetties.

Currently, its facilities have a storage capacity of 1 million m3, divided between 45 tanks, over an área of 125,000 m2.

In recent months, Meroil Tank terminal has further enhanced trade between the Lukoil group and the supply to Mediterranean and North & West Africa regions infraestructures.
