The stevedores suspend the first two days of strike on 6 and 8 of March

The stevedores’ unions have decided to suspend two of the nine days of strike they had called, those set for March 6 and 8, in the hope of checking whether or not next Thursday the Congress finally validates the reform of the sector approved by the Government.

The stevedores’ decision comes after seeing that the reform does not have the support of parliamentary groups and after the Danish shipping company Maersk announced that will divert its ships to other ports if the strike is carried out.
